By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Services Provided
Nia Sovereign Financial Group, LLC provides:
- Bookkeeping Cleanup & Catch-Up
- Monthly Bookkeeping
All services are delivered remotely in QuickBooks Online. We may record and reconcile payroll activity from reports produced by a client’s separate payroll provider. We do not run payroll, calculate wages, submit payroll payments, or file payroll tax forms.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Submit required documents in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with applicable tax and business laws
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
Payment Terms
- Service scope, fees, and billing schedules are stated in the signed engagement agreement
- Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of client data. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information without consent, except as required by law or authorized in the signed engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Nia Sovereign Financial Group, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Financial losses due to business decisions made by the client
- Errors or outages caused by third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online and payroll providers
No Legal, Tax, or Attest Services
Our bookkeeping services do not provide legal advice, tax advice, tax preparation, audit, review, compilation, or other CPA attest services. Clients should consult the appropriate licensed professionals for legal, tax, or attest matters.
Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, violation of the engagement agreement, or misuse of services. Client termination and notice requirements are governed by the signed engagement agreement.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Nia Sovereign Financial Group, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
